Uncle Dave Macon Days 2009

Dear Friends,

Every July there is a festival, Uncle Dave Macon Days, in Mufreesboro, TN, which honors the late musician, performer, and Grand Old Opry Star, Uncle Dave Macon.

I put on my Saturday night barn dance 1940's floral cotton dress, complete with quilted trim around the neckline, sleeves, and sparkly pink buttons.  

In the above photos, in order of appearance:  Me, Emily Miller (in the grey 1940's--which I found for her :) and Alison Williams, Anna Roberts (Red-skirt and bass), Bailey Cook (red gingham shirt and denim jean skirt overalls).
